This position is a new role that is needed because the company is growing. They need a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience as a systems administrator/engineer. The client needs a plug in option, someone well rounded(Master of some). The client needs someone who is technically deep, comfortable calling vendors, a problem solver and service oriented and collaborative. They will work 5 days on site and be on-call for any network issues. This cannot be someone trying to punch-up from a helpdesk position, they are also not going to be pushing anyone to management. The interview will be with Ray Howard and Vaughn Book. Ray is very proud of his knowledge and will essentially duel with the candidate with regard to the systems they work on. These people must reside close(40 miles) to the office in Rancho Cucamonga.
