Are you an experienced System Safety Engineer looking to apply your skills in a new and complex problem domain?
We are recruiting for a number of system safety engineers who will work on real engineering problems, ensuring our products are safe and comply with regulatory standards, whilst championing a safety culture in our projects.
What you will do as a System Safety Engineer
Use safety analysis skills across the full system lifecycle: from requirements analysis (including bids and contracting); through design, development; to system integration, acceptance testing, delivery and in-service support.Identify hazards and investigate these using functional failure analyses and other techniques, identifying the necessary mitigations to reduce safety risks, and taking part in design trade-offs to implement them.Evidence your decisions using the data available to you, through fault tree a...
