Your Impact

+ Provide human monitoring and operation of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) devices and other traffic control devices, and take appropriate actions based upon guidance from current and future SOPs.
+ Traffic Incident Management
+ Coordination of responses for roadway concerns
+ Dispatching of maintenance crews for snow/ice events
+ Database entry for all activities related to incidents, special events, roadway concerns, and call logs.
+ Assist in traffic data collection for system performance of troubleshooting using manual and automateddata collection and surveillance features of the ATMS/ITS and other TMC systems.
