The position will focus on establishing and managing the technical interfaces between the payroll systems and other core HR applications like Core HCM, TIME, and Concur. To achieve this, the role's responsibilities are structured into two key areas: HR System Integration Architecture & Design and Integration Implementation & Governance. This involves designing robust, scalable, and secure data exchange solutions, followed by overseeing their development, deployment, and ongoing management to ensure system compatibility and stability.
