Position Overview
Key Responsibilities Perform log analysis and root cause analysis using tools like Splunk Troubleshoot API integrations with local carriers such as iPhone activation flows Work with dependent platform teams to resolve upstream and downstream issues Provide L1 L2 L3 production support and incident management Communicate effectively with Japanese speaking stakeholders through email tickets calls and war rooms Collaborate with APAC teams in Singapore and India Create technical documentation and runbooks Contribute to automation initiatives including identifying repetitive tasks and building simple tools to improve efficiency
