In the strategic Management Center Group IT Services of Zeppelin GmbH at our location in Garching near Munich or alternatively in Achim, we are currently looking for a System Engineer (m/f/d) Citrix.
Your tasks & responsibilities:
In your role as a System Engineer (m/f/d) Citrix you are responsible for the “Remote Access / Virtual Workplace” service as well as for the steering, coordination and the quality control of our external service provider.
You will also be responsible for the monitoring and tracking of SLA, KPI and service performance as well as the incident, problem and escalation management in an international environment.
Furthermore, you will also contribute to the planning and further development of the technical roadmap in the areas of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, remote access solutions and cloud-based virtual desktop technologies.
