Position Overview
One of the Global market leader of microphones and audio electronics, is now seeking an System Engineer - Infrastructure to join their professional team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
carrying out tier 1 and tier 2 support such as triage, troubleshooting, system administration, as well as with basic server and network knowledge to perform and deliver global infrastructure projects, deployments and upgrades
Provide day-to-day technical support to employees for network infrastructure and internal desktop systems software and hardware
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems, workstations, servers and network issues in a heterogeneous environment
Support global projects and initiatives for servers, database, network and telephony
Ensure and enforce the hardware and software in accordance with the global approved standards and keep the working tools assigned to users are in good conditions
