Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced technical expertise in large rotating electric machinery, with direct experience in the application, qualification, selection, testing, and lifecycle management of heavy‑duty electric motors, generators, and associated powertrain components. This includes deep knowledge of high‑voltage motor systems, stator and rotor technologies, insulation systems, power cabling, terminations, and overall power delivery architecture.

A BSEE or BSME is required, along with extensive hands‑on experience performing diagnostic testing, condition assessment, and troubleshooting of large industrial electric motors.
