**Job Summary / Purpose**
The System Director, Provider Compensation System Analytics and Reporting serves as the senior leader responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining employed and non-employed provider compensation programs within the ProCARE compensation solution by supporting adjudication, system design, and providing a comprehensive reporting structure related to such. This position ensures that provider compensation strategies are competitive, equitable, compliant, and aligned with the organization mission, vision, and strategic goals by maintaining and enhancing the reporting and analytics platform(s) utilized related to CommonSpirit Healthβs Provider Compensation and Workforce Strategy function.
