Program Manager – HW/EE Operations
We are seeking a proactive Program Manager to support Hardware and Electrical Engineering teams through the execution of PCBA builds, assembly coordination, and supplier management activities. This role serves as a bridge between engineering and hardware operations, helping drive schedules, reduce delays, and support critical development milestones. Scope:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for fabrication, SMT, and rework vendors, maintaining regular communication on build status and schedules.
• Coordinate and track PCB rework activities to support rapid hardware modifications and engineering updates.
• Support procurement workflows by initiating and tracking Purchase Orders (POs) tied to manufacturing activities.
