Responsibilities - Maintenance and administration of internal business applications such as the following systems to ensure optimal performance of server and middleware.
- E-workflow for expense applications and like.
- HRIS system.
- Asset Management System.
- Sales and production coordination system.
- Procurement system.
- Management‑related information provision system.
- Intranet.
- Other systems which may be included from time to time based on business needs.
- Troubleshooting of systems.
- Attend to queries from internal stakeholders pertaining to the system issues.
- Maintenance of proper records.
- Development of additional functions and features of the systems.
- Liaise with stakeholders on their requirements, specifications and perform system modification and/or enhancement based on the specifications.
