About the Role

The role is part of UOB Innovation Hub 2 (InnoHub2), a UOB‑wholly owned subsidiary based in Malaysia that provides Group Business Services to support the UOB Group. The team is expanding services to deliver other business services to support the bank’s growth ambition.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specification.
• Lead discussions with business and IT stakeholders to define solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and business goals.
• Collaborate with Functional Business Analysts (FBAs), Solution Architects, and end users to design and enhance application functionality.
• Conduct fit‑gap analysis to assess alignment with functional and non‑functional requirements.
