Purpose of the Role

This role is responsible for implementation of the production framework as well as systems supporting the framework. The role will support international entities and validate compliance to the framework.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Enabling the framework through system process and system implementation.
• Ensuring that access to confidential data is restricted (access control).
• Must ensure that all systems are maintained (SharePoint, AX etc).
• Ensuring that all relevant information available in accordance with the framework.
• Updates all relevant documentation and follow up on the workflow in the system.
• Gap analysis and status reporting on the framework.
• System enablement and management.
• Management and administration of some departmental purchases and
  payments/licences.
• SHERQ Compliance.
