The candidate will handle real-time production incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and ensure system stability. Additionally, the role involves managing AWS services like EC2, EBS, VPC, and CloudWatch, along with datacenter and virtualization support. Scripting in Bash or Python is expected for automation, log analysis, and improving operational efficiency.
