Should have excellent written and verbal communication Technical team handling experience Good exposure on virtualization concepts and cloud technologies Azure and AWS. Should have hands on experience on Azure virtual Desktops.AVD.and Citrix VDI and VMware Horizon. Good exposure on monitoring tools (Azure Insights /SCOM) Good Exposure to ticketing tools (SNOW, etc.) Good troubleshooting skills on Windows Client OS such as Windows 10 and Windows 11 and windows servers OS. Excellent understanding of infrastructure administration. Good exposure on Networking and Storage concepts in Azure. Good exposure on FSlogix.
