**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

The System Vice President, Orthopedics Service Line – Administrator serves as the senior administrative authority for Orthopedics across CommonSpirit Health. This administrative executive provides strategic leadership and direction for the Service Line, ensuring alignment with system-wide goals for quality, safety, and performance.

In partnership with the System VP, Service Line Physician Leader, this dyad leadership role guides the development and execution of integrated, multidisciplinary care strategies. Together, they champion the adoption of evidence-based clinical standards, drive performance improvement initiatives, and work to reduce patient harm, optimize resource utilization, and eliminate unwarranted variation in care.
