Senior University Counsel for Risk/Litigation will work with a team representing the University in litigation matters, working closely with the OUC to bring litigation in-house, managing matters from the outset to reduce the University's exposure to liability and supervising outside counsel assignments where necessary to manage litigation budgets/costs. The Senior University Counsel will directly handle complex litigation, government investigations and internal investigations, and will be responsible for overseeing the OUC's training program. Senior University Counsel for Litigation will also handle affirmative litigation for the University. The Senior University Counsel for Litigation will mentor and support the OUC litigation team.
