Job Purpose

Be a key member of the Underwriting management team, having accountability for the success of the Underwriting team through meeting expected KPIs, SLAs and seeking continuous operational improvements.

Accountabilities

• Manage and be responsible for the agreed hybrid-based Underwriting Management.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on underwriting related data.
• Capture, maintain and process all risk and policy data (policy, endorsements, declarations) into the Underwriting system and spreadsheet(s) within the defined Service Level Agreements as per the SLA/KPI matrix.
• Be the key point of contact for all processing and technical queries ensuring these are communicated through the appropriate channels and responded to in a timely manner.
