In this full-time, hybrid position, you will report to the Vice President of Human Resources. With a strong emphasis on enforcing collective agreements and enhancing employee engagement, you will work closely with management and union representatives. Lead initiatives that impact employee satisfaction and ensure compliance across all levels.
