Swimming Pool Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site troubleshooting, install and repair (e.g Electrical panel, timer switch, pump etc)
• Diagnose system issues efficiently and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Maintain pool cleanliness by performing regular cleaning and back-washing to ensure optimal water quality
• Inspect and check pool filter systems and overall pool health to identify and resolve issues promptly
• Travel island wide daily to assigned locations, managing time effectively to meet service schedules
• Respond promptly to service calls and maintain punctuality for all appointments
• Work independently outdoors, and as a team
• Communicate clearly with customers on-site to explain technical issues.
• Escalate complex issues to the service lead and coordinate follow ups when required.
