No prior experience is required - just enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to undergo full training. Key Responsibilities
Swim Coaching
Conduct fun, safe, and engaging swim classes for babies, toddlers, and young children (training provided). Create a positive and encouraging learning environment for parents and children. Support senior coaches during classes and gradually take on independent teaching responsibilities. Provide basic progress feedback to parents and assist with lesson preparation.
