About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SwiftRe Expert with strong expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) underwriting processes, underwriting tools, and digital underwriting platforms to support the continued evolution of SwiftRe.

The role requires deep understanding of the end-to-end facultative reinsurance underwriting lifecycle, including submission intake, risk assessment, pricing, referral workflows, policy issuance, accounting, and claims interaction.

As a key link between underwriting business teams and technology organizations, you will help drive underwriting workflow enhancements, system integrations, and digital transformation initiatives across the SwiftRe platform.
