Location - Gurugram (On-site)
Responsibility
To input all the required tasks in system accurately as maker within agreed SLA
Knowledge of SWIFT Payments & technical advancements in Global Payments World
To ensure to follow on all the agreed procedures and process flow
To handle all emails & stakeholders communication in an effecient manner & per agreed SLAs
To improve efficiency by continuously minimizing overall errors
To communicate professionally to clients and other stakeholders
