Job Description
Our client is looking for a SVP/EVP, Streaming to join their San Francisco office. This role will report into the COO and will lead the global streaming business, including direct oversight of the streaming team, platform partnerships, and digital revenue growth across all DSPs.

Own and drive the global streaming strategy across key platforms (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Amazon Music, TikTok), maximizing audience growth, engagement, and revenue
Lead, mentor, and scale the global streaming team, setting clear priorities, performance metrics, and development pathways
Build and manage senior-level relationships with DSP partners, negotiating high-impact promotional opportunities, campaigns, and long-term strategic initiatives
Oversee day-to-day execution of streaming campaigns, ensuring alignment between the streaming team, marketing, and A&R
