About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Vice President (SVP) People – Assurance to join BSI as a key member of the global People Leadership Team. This is a highly strategic leadership role, partnering closely with the Divisional President and senior leaders to shape and deliver the people strategy across our Assurance division. You will play a critical role in driving organisational effectiveness, leadership capability, workforce transformation, and cultural evolution within a complex, global, matrixed environment.
