Group T&O – Credit Administration and Control provides back-office credit processing and credit administration support to the credit and business units of the Bank. Reporting Structure And Key Duties Reports to the Division Head of Credit Administration and Control. Assists in overseeing the smooth operation of the department, focusing on operations risk assurance & control, credit compliance, security documentation, and credit cum collateral processing. Ensures smooth delivery of projects affecting the department. Monitors risk controls and ensures compliance with the Bank's credit policies and statutory provisions. Leads and participates in the talent development of the team. Champions the operation service model, operations risk assurance & control, and project initiatives. Seeks continuous improvements for existing and future services and processes to achieve operational excellence.
