Job Purpose The SVP, TD SYNNEX Canada serves as the top executive leader for the Canadian business, with full P&L responsibility for approximately $6 billion in annual sales. This role drives revenue growth through B2B channels, sets the strategic direction for the Canadian organization, and oversees all aspects of operations. The position combines executive leadership with hands‑on responsibility for sales strategy, vendor/partner management, and business development, while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives in a highly competitive and matrixed North American environment.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and deep knowledge of B2B/IT markets, combined with a servant leadership mindset, ability to scale operations, and collaboration across global and regional teams.
