**Job Responsibilities:**
* Applies advanced and wide-ranging knowledge to drive execution of tangible performance and E2E process improvement projects involving complex requests, using excellence tools and methodologies.
* Handles establishment of a culture of Impact and Execution Excellence supporting the design and deployment of Excellence practice tools & methodologies (Continuous Improvement, Agile, Process Management, Project Management, Change management and Performance Management).
* Leverages advanced knowledge in business excellence to diagnose and resolve complex issues across or within business units, regions, or functions, delivering strategic solutions and technical guidance.
