Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Team Manager to join the First Contact / Front Door Team for London Borough of Sutton.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Managing a busy Front Door / First Contact Team responsible for receiving and screening safeguarding referrals.
* Overseeing threshold decision-making, risk assessments, and timely safeguarding interventions.
* Providing management oversight and supervision to Social Workers and frontline practitioners.
* Ensuring referrals are progressed appropriately in line with statutory guidance and safeguarding procedures.
* Working closely with MASH partners, education, police, health, and early help services.
* Supporting service performance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Promoting effective multi-agency safeguarding practice and child-focused decision-making.
