Jōji is seeking a talented and passionate Sushi Chef to join the team at its Michelin-starred Japanese Omakase restaurant.
The Sushi Service Chef will work alongside Jōji’s Chef-Partners to assist in preparing a variety of sushi, including Nigiri and Sashimi. This role also includes the preparation and presentation of appetizer courses and other menu creations, executed to the exact specifications of Jōji’s recipes and standards. The ideal candidate will take pride in delivering an exceptional and memorable dining experience while supporting the team in upholding the highest levels of cleanliness, organization, and sanitation.
Jōji is closed every Sunday and Monday , providing a built-in weekend for our team. We are also closed for major holidays , allowing for meaningful time to rest and recharge. Sushi Chefs earn an estimated $1,800+ in weekly tips.
