Position Overview

Kiewit is a highly regarded General Contractor executing self-performed projects all over the US. We have a large backlog of work and are seeking highly skilled and motivated Sr. Crew Chiefs and Survey Managers to add to our team in 2026, to lead field survey operations for heavy civil infrastructure (highway/bridge), and power/Water/Wastewater projects around the US. You will play an integral role in leading survey teams on projects that range from $50M to $1Billion, working within tight tolerances and ensuring accuracy in the field. Our Survey leaders are essential to our self-perform construction and play an integral role in establishing and maintaining methods for a safe, accurate and efficient survey and control on our projects.
