Under the general supervision of the Director of Quality Resources, the Surgical Services Quality Manager , collaborates with members of the Surgical and Anesthesia departments to design, develop and implement tools for measuring and bench-marking organizational performance in the areas of clinical outcomes, external reporting, and compliance with local, state, and federal standards.



The Surgical Services Quality Manager is responsible for the collection and submission of data to external surgical quality databases as assigned. Data capture is accomplished through high-quality clinical screening of surgical cases from multiple service lines.
