Job Description Develop and execute sales strategies for spinal implant products. Build and maintain strong relationships with spine surgeons, hospitals, and key decision-makers. Provide clinical support during surgical cases and product demonstrations. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue and market share targets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company requirements. Requirements Diploma in Life Sciences, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Business, or related field. Minimum
5 years of sales experience
in medical devices, with proven track record in
spine or orthopedic implants
