Position Overview

QUALIFICATIONS:Education, Training And Experience 
Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant; and 
Post-basic education in surgical/ambulatory care nursing on a unit specific basis; or 
An equivalent combination of education and training. 
Up to two (2) years recent, related experience on a unit specific basis.
Basic Life Support, Level C
Skills And AbilitiesApply nursing process as required and described in BC College of Nurses and Midwives Standards of Nursing Practice
Demonstrate sound organizational, problem solving, and teaching skills
Demonstrate sound judgement, observation and patient assessment skills
