M-F; 8:00am-4:30pm
Reason for Coverage: Not fully staffed with full time MD.
Practice Setting: Office with clinic 2 days per week, covering the hospital the rest of the time , possible weekend coverage needed.
Call Ratio: 2-4 call nights per week, can vary.
Average Number of Cases Per Day: 3
Documentation System/EMR: Epic
Annual ER Volume: unknown
Number of Operating Rooms: 6 main OR,2 CVT OR, Hybrid room with 2 cath lab.
Description of Ancillary Staff: office staff/ 3 PSR, 1 surgery scheduler , 2 CMA, 1 LPN , 1 vascular techs , 2 part time MD's , RN/practice manager
