Requirements
Board certified in orthopedic surgery
Active North Carolina medical license and DEA
ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
Medicaid and Medicare credentialed and enrolled with PECOS
Provider must be vaccinated

Required Procedures / Skills
Arthroscopy
Total joint replacement (hip, knee, other)
Joint revision or repair (shoulder, hip, knee, other)
Hand
Tendon release or repair
Peripheral nerve surgery
Spine with and without instrumentation (cervical, thoracic, lumbar)
Percutaneous disc surgery
