Clinical Details

• Trauma Level: Level II
• EMR: EPIC
• Support Staff: Team of APPs and other doctors
• Call: In-House; 30-minute response time
• Average Admissions While On Call: 2
• Typical Cases: CABG, AVR, MVR, ECMO, Single Chamber Pacers, Thoracic
• Day consists of surgery, inpatient consults, CVICU rounding on post-ops
• Weekend rounds with APP and doctor in the mornings

Requirements

• Board Certified
• State Licensure: Pennsylvania
• DEA Required
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Minimum 2 years of experience with case logs
• Credential Accepted: DO, MD
• State License Required to Apply: Yes
