Location: UCHealth Poudre Valley Hospital, Fort Collins CO

Department: SYS Regional Pharmacy Support

Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days

Pay: $67.27 - $94.17 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option.

Summary:

Supervises daily staff activities for the Northern Colorado Emergency Department locations.

Responsibilities:


+ Determines, coordinates, and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels. Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff.

+ Performs or assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions. Assesses quality of services delivered and facilitates staff development programs.
