Job Summary


Supervises the delivery of high quality food and nutritional services to Corewell Health patients, retail patrons, catering, administration and employees, including the delivery of quality patient tray services.


Essential Functions

+ Supervises and coordinates the daily activities of employees in the kitchen, catering and retail areas, ensuring all deadlines and quality standards are met.

+ Monitors and evaluates food and nutrition services operations to ensure that workflow and organization maximize resources and minimize delays.

+ Ensures that a clean and sanitary environment is maintained, and that equipment is repaired and in good working order. Researches and recommends needed repairs or replacements for equipment, and performs follow up activities to ensure completion of repairs.
