Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Total Force Management Directorate (N1), Commander Submarine Force of COMMANDER SUBMARINE FORCE PACIFIC. Responsibilities You will provide oversight of complex COMSUBPAC-wide programs which substantially impact a diverse audience and varied occupational career fields at all organizational levels for the COMSUBPAC Area of Responsibility (AOR). You will incorporate concepts and methods, as well as policies and processes to support the command’s mission at locations on the West and East coasts, and at various OCONUS locations. You will develop and recommend adoption of appropriate command policies and procedures to implement DoN and COMSUBPAC personnel policies in assigned work areas.
