Responsibilities Plans, directs, organizes, coordinates, and supervises the work of employees involved in the life cycle management processes related to a major DoD or DFAS AIS and MIS. Serves as a technical expert for assigned IT/ADP systems, database systems, or network. Keeps abreast of changes in policies, regulations, and directives to determine effect on operations. Provides technical advice, information, assistance, and coordinates precedent setting and controversial actions with others. Develops AIS program and budget requirements, justifications, and documentation to meet all mandatory DoD Life Cycle Management (LCM) and Financial Management regulatory requirements.
