**Job Overview**

Lead and manage production maintenance activities for DDN manufacturing operations across two shifts. Ensure machine uptime, preventive and predictive maintenance, breakdown recovery, spare‑part governance, and continuous improvement. Oversee maintenance technicians, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, and maintain full compliance with ISO & IATF standards to support output, delivery, quality, and safety targets
