**_What Customer Order Management contributes to Cardinal Health_**
Customer Service is responsible for establishing, maintaining and enhancing customer business through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution.
Customer Order Management is responsible for expediting orders by acting as a liaison in problem solving, research and problem/dispute resolution.
**_Qualifications for Internal Applicants_**
+ Open to Current and Previous AHS/EP employees - OPRCM at B3 and up
+ CHIP employees P2, P3/M1 can apply. Must have POC experience.
+ Bachelorβs degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
+ 4-8 years of experience, preferred
+ Preferably acts as the team's POC ( _when direct Supervisor is out_ ),
+ Minimum of 1 year on current role
+ Last annual performance rating of at least 3.
+ No record of disciplinary action for the last year.
