Summary About the Position: This position is in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Employees occupying DCIPS positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the ST-IC-W6HSAA US ARMY INTELLIGENCE AND SECURITY CMD. Serve as a legal advisor on matters pertaining to Administrative Law, Ethics, Contracts Fiscal Law, and Management Employment Relations (MER). Responsibilities Provides legal advice to the Commander and their staff, Army Operations Group (AOG), subordinate commands, and other units concerning the conduct of intelligence activities and intelligence oversight. Reviews and determines recommendations to Commander based on findings and interpretation of new, proposed, and existing legislation, policies and regulations governing intelligence activities and oversight.
