Description

The Supportive Employment Specialist is an integral member of the Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC) team, providing individualized employment and educational support services to individuals experiencing early episodes of psychosis. Using the evidence-based Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model, the specialist assists clients in identifying and achieving their vocational and educational goals while integrating these supports into their overall recovery plan.

Key responsibilities include conducting ongoing vocational assessments, developing individualized job or education plans, and supporting clients in all phases of the employment or academic process—from job search to placement to long-term success.
