Discovery is seeking compassionate and enthusiastic Support Workers to positively impact the lives of individuals we support. Our focus is on empowering independence and fostering fulfilment for the people we support with learning disabilities and/or autism.

Location: Yeovil, situated in a purpose-built residential care home in the heart of the town

Who We Support: Our residents, 6 individuals aged between 30 and 70, are eager to welcome both newcomers and experienced individuals into our team. We offer flexible full-time and part-time positions.

Activities You'll Be Part Of:

Exploring Nature: Enjoy walks, duck feeding, and picnics at Nine Springs Park.
