Tennyson Lodge is a lively, welcoming day service where no two days are the same. We support adults with learning disabilities to live full, meaningful lives-building confidence, developing independence, and having fun along the way.

As a Support Worker, you'll play a key part in creating a positive, inclusive environment where people feel valued, empowered and supported to achieve their goals. Whether it's leading creative activities, encouraging new skills, or supporting someone to engage with their community, you'll help make every day purposeful and rewarding.

The day centre is open Monday-Friday 9am-4pm and the working hours are 8.50am-5.10pm Mondays and 8.50am-4pm Tuesday-Friday. The hours are subject to change depending on service need. The starting pay for the posts is £13.45 per hour.
