Support worker

Job type - Full time/ Permanent

Salary - £27,404 per annum (including base salary + 6%- AW + £1300- UWH)

Hours -35 (plus 5 hours paid lunch breaks)- Shift work and weekend required. Early shift 8 -4 late 12-8.

Location –Harlow (Ladyshot)

Nacro are pleased to introduce an exciting new support provision called Essex NEST (Nacro Education Support and Transition) which is focused on providing support to young people. 

You will have your own caseload of young people, maintaining oversight of their progress from the point of service entry through to service exit and independence. It’s a flexible model in which we aim to provide the ‘right help at the right time’, underpinned by a trauma-informed approach.
