We are looking for a Support Worker to work within our Residential home in the Llanelli area. You do not need experience, just enthusiasm and compassion to support vulnerable adults in the community. Nothing compares to the feeling that comes from knowing that you have made a difference to someone else’s life – especially when that someone is a vulnerable adult.

Responsibilities:

As a community based care worker you will provide essential care and support for people who live in their own homes. This support is built around people’s needs and routines to help them remain in their own home in a safe and supported way. Helping people stay connected with their communities is one of the most important aspects of this service.
