Join our dedicated team at our home in Westonzoyland, where you will be a valued member of our team, supporting 7 people with profound physical disabilities and multiple learning disabilities. As a Support Worker, you will support people in making the most of their day. Your responsibilities will include personal care, arranging outings to various different events, administering medication, assisting with finances, and ensuring the relationships between the people we support and their friends and families are kept strong.
